Mary Calhoun is an author of children's and early teenage books. Well known have been the KATIE JOHN series and the Henry the Cat books, such as CROSS-COUNTRY CAT and HOT-AIR HENRY. Currently she is focusing on a fictional reflection of life during the Great Depression, plus a profile of her mother and her love of words.
